Warnings
[Ferrous Sulphate] Alcoholism [as it can increase absorption and storage in the liver and increase its toxicity]; allergies and asthma [with parenteral use]; rheumatoid arthritis can worsen after administration of IV iron preparation.
Possible side effects
GI upset (iron, high-dose vitamin C). Hypercalcaemia (vitamin D excess). Neuropathy with B6 megadoses. Flushing (niacin).

Store as labelled. Keep out of reach of children.
